It’s that time of year again!
Daylight Saving Time (United States) ends this Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 2:00 am (except in Arizona and Hawaii). Move your clocks “back” 1 hour and gain an hour of sleep!
Since 2007, Daylight Saving Time begins on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November. Thanks to technology, such as computers and cell phones, not as many people need to remember to change their clocks when Daylight Saving Time ends, because they automatically adjust.
So, whatever you choose to do with the extra hour on Sunday, make sure you don’t show up an hour early to your planned activities or events.
